NOTE: "Please note this form must be completed in its entirety and the deposit must be received in our office before any event can be placed on the calendar and the reservation be guaranteed. As dates do book up quickly, to reserve a room/area for your guest, and to secure the requested date we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and the balance paid in full (7) day prior to your reserved date by either check or cash." 2920 Roadhouse owners, management, and employees are not responsible for any client provided decorations, furniture, equipment, dishes, cakes, or any item not provided by 2920 Roadhouse. All such items are always the responsibility of the client.
